on Thursday, November 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida in Naples.
The Pitch series is part of the Tamiami Angel Funds' e.co initiative, a Southwest Florida community based effort
to build a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem from Sarasota to Naples.
Four early-stage entrepreneurs will compete for the title of most investible in this “shark tank” style event
by pitching their business plans to a panel of judges. The audience will also participate by
voting one company as the "Audience Award" recipient.

The software company’s mission is to provide global M2M and IoT connectivity solutions that make the Internet of Things possible. Prior to working with KORE, Felix founded Position Logic as the Chief Applications Architect. He helped Position Logic earn INC 500's recognition two years in a row as one of America's Fastest Growing Companies.

Felix founded Position Logic and is the company’s Applications Architect. Felix has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry, with positions as senior engineer for Books Are Fun, software developer consultant for Security Benefit Group, senior professional service consultant and architect for MediaBrains Inc., and Cygnus Track architect, product manager, and sales manager. He has extensive knowledge and experience with full life cycle multi-user client/server development, full life cycle e-commerce/intranet development, relational database design and implementation, and architecting and building scalable reusable frameworks.

Judge, Richard Molloy
Richard Molloy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Florida Gulfshore Capital, a Naples-based investment company focused on early stage venture opportunities. He serves as a board member of AlumaBridge, Club Colors, Pasteuria Bioscience, Pathfinder, Prioria Robotics, and Vertical Health, and as an observer to the board of Dietbet and Lehigh Technologies.

Judge, Liza Wong
Born in southern China and raised in the UK, Liza began her media career with the ITV Network in London. Having spent some time heading up an international sales team for the nascent inflight entertainment industry, during the early 1990s Liza turned her attentions to mainland China, setting up western style sales operations for a number of TV stations, introducing direct response advertising and syndicated sports program to those stations, and investing in several media and programming start-up businesses.
At the same time, Liza invested in a number of niche data analytics companies in London, and remains managing partner in one of these companies today, servicing international clients such as Financial Times, News International, AON Hewitt, Price Waterhouse and Buzzfeed. Liza’s other current interests involve the purchase and restoration of old Victorian buildings in London’s burgeoning “tech city” area, and their conversion into instant offices. Liza has been a full time resident of Naples since 2008, and serves on the board of directors at Artis-Naples. |
Judge, Bud Stoddard
Bud Stoddard is a successful serial entrepreneur who has founded six different companies in the information management and data storage industry. He once purchased an underground Nike Missile site which he converted to a high-tech stronghold for storing corporate records.
In 1998, he founded AmeriVault, a company that became an early market leader in the online data backup market. Over the subsequent decade, the company rose to prominence in its niche with nearly nine hundred customers in forty-five states and twelve countries. In 2008, the company was acquired by PHNS of Dallas, a leader in Health Information services. In early 2010, Stoddard along with Kevin Harris, founded NextVault and the two immediately acquired VaultUSA to accelerate its growth and gain market share. Bud serves as Chairman of NextVault and Executive Vice President of Vault USA. In 2010, Stoddard wrote and published Reflections of a Serial Entrepreneur, a street-smart guide to starting your own company. Additionally, Stoddard has served on the boards of Copiun, Rezziliant, and was a founding member of the Tamiami Angel Fund. |
